However, in addition to the 2 to 3 inches that has already fallen, an additional 0.5 to 1 inch remain possible across the warned area. In addition, water will continue to pool into low-lying flood prone locations well after the heavy rain ends. As a result the Flash Flood Warning will remain in effect until 215 PM EDT.
