* At 751 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 24 nm northwest of

  Sunset Beach, or 39 nm northeast of Niagara River, moving southeast

  at 25 knots.



  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

           suddenly higher waves.
