* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 60 NM...

* Until midnight EDT.

* At 1003 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line from
  8 NM east of Kiawah Reef to 14 NM north of R7 Tower, moving east at
  15 knots. These storms have a history of producing wind gusts in
  excess of 34 kt.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Edisto Offshore Reef, Charleston Sixty, Joe Shuford Reef,
  Lowcountry Anglers, Doug Mellichamp Reef, Comanche Reef, Capers Mid
  Shelf and Y-73 Reef.
