* At 1235 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong
  thunderstorm was located 6 NM southwest of Charleston Nearshore
  Reef, moving southeast at 15 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty, Charleston Nearshore Reef, Air
  Force Reef, Charleston Coastal Anglers, Lowcountry Anglers and
  Rattlesnake Shoal.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
