* Until 715 PM EDT.
          
* At 608 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line 
  extending from 10 nm NW of Buoy 44025 to near the entrance to New 
  York Harbor to 7 nm SE of Sandy Hook Reef, moving SE at 55 kt. 

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Buoy 44025 around 615 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, high waves, lightning, and heavy 
rain are expected with these storms. If caught on the open water 
stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded metal objects.
