  The Saint Lawrence River from Alexandria Bay to Saint Regis...

At 1126 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 31 nm north of
Wellesley Island, moving southeast at 50 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Tucker Terrace and Alexandria Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
