* At 704 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 47 nm southeast of Monitor Marine
  Sanctuary, moving south at 5 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas.

* The severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
