  Coastal waters from Pascagoula Mississippi to Stake Island out 20 
  NM...

At 420 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and weak waterspouts. This
thunderstorm was located 10 nm southwest of Horn Island, moving east
at 30 knots.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves and dangerous lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe
harbor immediately until this activity passes.

Brief, weak waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on
alert in case warnings are issued for waterspout development.
