  Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM...
  Pensacola Bay Area including Santa Rosa Sound...
  Perdido Bay Area...

* Until 1030 AM CDT.

* At 859 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Fort Pickens, or over Pensacola Pass,
  moving northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lillian Bridge, Big Lagoon, Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Pass, Fort
  Pickens, East Bay, Pensacola Bay Bridge, Garcon Point Bridge,
  Pensacola Bay, and Navarre Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
