At 819 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable 
of producing winds to around 40 knots. These thunderstorms were 
located along a line extending from 13 nm south of Port Mansfield 
Cut to 11 nm north of Laguna Vista to 6 nm north of South Padre 
Island, moving north at 25 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 40 knots, locally higher
