For the following areas...
Ocean Waters from Marthas Vineyard to Nantucket from 25 to 60 NM...

At 500 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts
was located 39 nm southeast of The Coastal Waters South Of Nantucket,
moving northeast at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

The severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
