20 NM...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
60 NM...
Until 1045 AM CDT....

At 939 AM CDT...A line of strong thunderstorms was located along a
line extending from 17 nm south of Santa Rosa Beach to near Okaloosa 
Deep Water Reef to 8 nm southeast of Oriskany Reef. These storms 
were nearly stationary.

Locations impacted include...
Okaloosa Deep Water Reef.

The primary threats from these storms are wind gusts up to 30 
knots...locally higher waves...frequent lightning and heavy 
downpours. 

Weather conditions support the development of waterspouts.
Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
waves and seas. If a waterspout is sighted...seek safe harbor
immediately.
