  extending from near Oriental to 8 nm southwest of The Vicinity Of
  Trent River, moving east at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
