For the following areas...
  Lake Ontario from the Niagara River to Olcott...
  The Upper and Lower Niagara River and Buffalo Harbor...

At 323 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lewiston, or 10
nm south of Niagara River, moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and large hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in 
         structural damage.

Locations impacted include...
Wilson, Fort Niagara, Youngstown, Grand Island, and Lewiston.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
