  Coastal waters from Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to Port
  Fourchon Louisiana from 20 to 60 NM...
  Coastal waters from the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to
  Port Fourchon Louisiana out 20 NM...

* Until 1215 AM CDT.

* At 1020 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 nm northwest of Breton Sound to 7 nm northeast of
  Boothville to 6 nm northeast of Pilottown, moving west at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high 
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher 
           waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Boothville, Empire, Grand Isle, Pilottown, Barataria Bay, Southwest
  Pass Of the Mississippi River, Breton Sound, Venice, and Port
  Sulphur.
