* Until 145 AM CDT.

* At 1250 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 18 nm northwest of French River to 12 nm northwest
  of Duluth Lift Bridge Channel to 12 nm west of Duluth Harbor,
  moving east at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

  Superior Entry, Knife River Marina, Castle Danger, Barkers Island,
  Duluth Harbor, Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, Twin Points Safe Harbor,
