  Lake Superior west of a line from Saxon Harbor WI to Grand Portage 
  MN beyond 5NM...
  Port Wing to Sand Island WI...

At 1011 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located 8 nm south of Port Wing Harbor, or 27 nm
east of Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, moving northeast at 35 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Port Wing Harbor around 1015 PM CDT.
  Herbster around 1020 PM CDT.
  Bark Point and Bark Bay around 1030 PM CDT.
  Siskwit Bay around 1035 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by the strong thunderstorm include Bark
Point, Maikwe Bay, Meyers Beach, Bark Bay, and Eagle Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...


This strong thunderstorm will likely produce winds to around 30
knots, and could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine
warning may eventually be required when this strong thunderstorm
reaches the nearshore waters. Boaters should consider heading for
shore before this strong thunderstorm arrives.

  the US/Canadian border beyond 5 NM from shore...

At 1151 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located 15 nm south of False Detour Channel, moving east at 45 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters, well 
north of Presque Isle Light.
