The areas affected include...
Gulf Waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee 20 to 60 nm out and
beyond 5 fathoms...

At 103 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected 
strong thunderstorms, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.
These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near P
Tower to 15 nm east of S Tower, moving northwest at 10 knots.

Strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally
rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and
potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as
safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
