* At 347 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Ar130 to near Pea Island National Wildlife
  Refuge, moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
