* At 1043 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Pea Island
  National Wildlife Refuge, or near Oregon Inlet, moving east at 15
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
