...THUNDERSTORMS WITH GUSTY WINDS SOUTHEAST OF THE EDISTO BUOY...

The areas affected include...
Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from
20 to 60 NM...

* At 646 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong
  thunderstorms were located along a line from 15 NM southeast of
  Edisto Buoy to 44 NM east of Edisto Buoy, moving northeast at 15
  knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC
  extending from 20 to 60 NM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These thunderstorms will likely produce winds to around 30 knots, and
could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A Special Marine Warning may
eventually be required when these storms reach the nearshore waters.
Boaters should consider heading for shore before the storm arrives.
