The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  A controlled damn breach of Lake McCoy Dam will flood Cobbs Fork 
  in...
  Central Decatur County in central Indiana...

* Until 400 AM EDT Monday.

* At 630 PM EDT, emergency management reported the imminent failure 
  of Lake McCoy Dam.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding from the imminent controlled breach of
           Lake McCoy Dam.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flooding of areas downstream from the Lake McCoy Dam
           along Cobbs Fork.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
  Jordan Creek, Cobbs Fork and Sand Creek.
The flood wave will move down Cobbs Fork beginning at Boulevard 
Road...crossing Indiana Route 46 to the south.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you are in low lying areas below the Lake McCoy Dam you should 
move to higher ground immediately.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Sullivan County in southwestern Indiana...
  Southwestern Vigo County in west central Indiana...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 643 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  1.25 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall 
  amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash 
  flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Sullivan, Shelburn, Farmersburg, Fairbanks, Pimento and Graysville.
