At 1021 PM EDT, a buoy at Seneca Creek reported winds to around 20 
knots associated with a gust front. This gust front should continue 
to progress to the southeast over the next 60 to 90 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 20 knots and locally 
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this 
storm passes.
