* Until 100 PM CDT.

* At 1236 PM CDT, a shower producing waterspouts was located 12 nm
  north of Cameron. The shower was nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...National weather service employee.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small 
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* The shower will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Seek safe harbor immediately.

* At 150 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 14 nm southwest of
  St. Marks, moving northeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher 
           waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make 
           sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
