* At 1119 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 nm south of Ar230 to 24 nm east of Atlas Tanker,
  moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
