At 1039 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Comanche Reef,
moving northeast at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
  Doug Mellichamp Reef, Comanche Reef, Capers Mid Shelf, Y-73 Reef,
  Edisto Buoy, Charleston Sixty and Joe Shuford Reef.
