  Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Savannah GA extending from 20 to 60
  NM...
  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA extending from 20 to
  60 NM...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 808 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 9 NM east of R2 Tower, moving northeast at
  30 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  R7 Tower and R2 Tower.

  Battleship Park to near Pinto Island to 8 nm northwest of Dog River
  Bridge, moving east at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.
