For the following areas...
  Lake Ontario from Fair Haven to Chaumont Bay...

At 1016 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Sandy Island Beach to near Fair Haven, moving east at
60 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Pillar Point, Oswego, Mexico Bay, Southwick Beach, Henderson Harbor,
Westcott Beach, Chaumont Bay, Selkirk Beach, Stony Point, Sodus Bay,
Fair Haven, Sandy Island Beach, Black River Bay, Sackets Harbor, and
North Pond.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 PM EDT for central New
York.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

...A CLUSTER OF SHOWERS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Lake Pontchartrain...

At 942 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of showers, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots and weak waterspouts. This
cluster of showers is generally located 7 nm northwest of Kenner,
moving northeast at 35 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 500 PM CDT for southeastern
Louisiana.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots and
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this
activity passes.

Brief, weak waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on
alert in case warnings are issued for waterspout development.
