At 150 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms
were located along a line extending from near Harbor Beach to 7 nm
north of Port Sanilac to 12 nm northwest of Lexington, moving east at
35 knots.
