  Port Fourchon Louisiana out 20 NM...

* Until 130 PM CDT.

* At 1226 PM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms was located along
  a line extending from Grand Isle to 11 nm southeast of Barataria
  Bay to 18 nm southwest of Empire to 15 nm northeast of Louisiana
  Offshore Oil Port, moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
