For the following areas...
  Lake Erie from Ripley to Buffalo...

At 1131 PM EDT, showers and a couple of thunderstorms were located 
along a line extending from 19 nm west of Niagara River to near Lake 
Erie Beach to 15 nm southeast of Dunkirk, moving northeast at 30 
knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Small Boat Harbor, Van Buren Point, Lake Erie Beach, Wanakah,
Woodlawn Beach, Erie Basin Marina, Sturgeon Point, Dunkirk, Athol
Springs, Bayview, and Sunset Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
