  Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM...

* At 1006 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of
  producing winds to around 30 knots. These showers are moving east
  at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  R7 Tower, Betsy Ross Reef, Hunting Island Reef, Beaufort 45 Feet
  Reef, Fripp Island Reef, Hilton Head Reef, Fripp Island Wreck,
  General Gordon, Dredge Henry, Tug Delta Diamond, Buoy L, Sayler
  Barge, Latex Barge, Tug Senasqua and Edisto Sixty Reef.
