* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 1203 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Kill Devil
  Hills, or 8 nm northwest of The Center Of Roanoke Sound, moving
  east at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Ar140, Ar130, The Center
  Of Roanoke Sound, and Ar145.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
