  extending from 7 nm west of Chincoteague to 6 nm southwest of
  Assateague Beach, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
