...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island 
  Passage...

At 1047 AM EDT, the public reported strong thunderstorms, producing
winds to around 30 knots and small hail. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 43 nm northwest of Minneapolis
Shoal to 20 nm northeast of Crivitz to 7 nm northwest of Marinette,
moving east at 30 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These strong thunderstorms will likely produce winds to around 30
knots, and could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine
warning may eventually be required when these strong thunderstorms
reaches the nearshore waters. Boaters should consider heading for
shore before these strong thunderstorms arrives.
