At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds up to 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 13 nm west of New Baltimore to near St.
Clair Shores to near The Ambassador Bridge, moving east at 15 knots.
