* At 231 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 13 nm north of 
  Burns Harbor, moving east at 30 knots. Additoinal storms were 
  moving offshore from the north side of Chicago.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and large hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves. Large hail could result in 
           structural damage.

* Locations impacted include...
  Harrison-Dever Crib, Michigan City, 31st Street Harbor, Montrose
